Halesworth wax emporium Refunds & Returns Policy:

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, and in original condition upon return, for a refund to be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item/s as per the conditions outlined above.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is shown to be defective and/or damaged upon arrival.

Custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
